This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes rules that apply to all access to and use of SaaSy Brainformative courses, communities, live events, and related platforms, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our main Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
SaaSy Brainformative may update this AUP from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
1. Who May Use the Services
1.1 Business and adult users only
The Services are intended for adults operating in a business context. You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old; and
You are using the Services for business or professional purposes related to SaaS onboarding, customer education, or related topics.
1.2 Account security and sharing
You must:
Keep your login credentials confidential;
Not share, sell, or transfer your account or access credentials to any other person or entity; and
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Purpose of the Community and Courses
The Services exist to support learning, experimentation, and discussion around:
SaaS onboarding and customer education;
Go High Level (and similar platforms) as tools in that process; and
Related implementation, design, and business practices.
You may share your business context, examples, and work product for learning and feedback. You may not treat the community as a prospecting list or sales channel.
3. Prohibited Content and Activities
You may not use the Services, or permit any third party to use the Services, to:
3.1 Illegal, harmful, or dangerous activities
Violate any applicable law or regulation (including U.S. federal and state law and, where applicable, foreign law).
Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation (including fake case studies, fabricated results, or false claims about your business, credentials, or income).
Promote or participate in pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or other fraudulent or misleading financial schemes.
Engage in or promote activities where failure of the Services could reasonably be expected to result in death, personal injury, or serious physical or financial harm (high-risk activities).
3.2 Pornography, hate, and extremist content
You may not upload, share, or promote:
Pornographic or sexually explicit content;
Content that is primarily sexual in nature or intended to arouse;
Hate, harassment, or discrimination targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics;
Extremist, terrorist, or violent organizations or ideologies, or content that praises, supports, or recruits for them.
3.3 Spam, solicitation, and commercial promotion
The Services are not a sales or recruiting platform. You may not:
Send unsolicited commercial messages or "pitches" to other members (whether in public channels, DMs, or live sessions);
Use the Services to advertise, promote, or recruit for your own products, services, offers, affiliate links, or business opportunities, except where SaaSy Brainformative has explicitly allowed it in writing;
Use member directories, chat logs, or contact information obtained through the Services to build mailing lists, run ad campaigns, or contact members outside the platform for marketing or recruiting purposes.
Note: Sharing your context, examples, and work product is welcome; trying to turn other members into your customers is not.
3.4 Violence, threats, and self-harm
You may not:
Threaten, incite, or glorify violence or physical harm against any person or group;
Encourage or promote self-harm or suicide.
4. Community Conduct and Discussion Standards
SaaSy Brainformative is intentionally designed for open disagreement, critique, and learning in public. You are expected to participate in good faith and maintain professional decorum even when you feel frustrated or challenged.
You must not:
Engage in targeted harassment, bullying, or sustained personal attacks;
Engage in doxxing (sharing private personal information about another person without consent);
Stalk, intimidate, or otherwise intentionally make another member feel unsafe;
Use slurs, demeaning epithets, or repeated insults directed at a person rather than their ideas or work;
Retaliate against someone for raising a concern, giving feedback, or reporting a violation in good faith.
You may:
Disagree strongly with ideas, strategies, and implementations;
Offer critical feedback on work product, messaging, funnels, etc.;
Express that you believe an approach is wrong, ineffective, or misguided.
Whether behavior crosses the line from "sharp disagreement" into "unacceptable harassment" will be determined by SaaSy Brainformative, in context and at our sole discretion. Being "offended" is not, by itself, a violation; open hostility, targeted attacks, and sustained personal abuse are.
5. Respect for Intellectual Property
5.1 Our content
All content created or provided by SaaSy Brainformative (including course videos, text, worksheets, slides, frameworks, templates, live session recordings, transcripts, and similar materials) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, download, screen-record, scrape, or otherwise capture course or community content for the purpose of sharing, selling, licensing, or giving it to anyone outside the Services;
Post or upload SaaSy Brainformative course materials (or substantial derivatives of them) to any other platform, community, or marketplace;
Resell, rent, sublicense, or transfer access to the Services or our content;
Use our content to create or market a substantially similar or competing course, program, or service.
Limited personal use for your own learning and within your own business is permitted. Any broader use requires prior written permission from SaaSy Brainformative.
5.2 Other people's content
You must also respect the intellectual property rights of others. You may not:
Upload, share, or distribute pirated content (including other people's courses, programs, videos, books, or software);
Upload or share copyrighted material unless you have the legal right to do so;
Promote or distribute counterfeit goods.
If we are notified that content you have posted may infringe third-party rights, we may remove or disable access to that content. We are not responsible for policing all content for IP violations, but we reserve the right to remove infringing content and to close repeat infringer accounts.
6. Sensitive, Confidential, and Proprietary Information
6.1 You are responsible for what you share
You are solely responsible for reviewing and curating any content you submit to the Services, including:
Posts, comments, uploaded files, screenshots, and images of your work;
Screen shares during live sessions;
Any business metrics, financial data, or internal documents you choose to show or discuss.
Important: If you display or upload proprietary business information, trade secrets, client data, or other confidential information, you do so at your own risk.
6.2 No obligation to protect your confidential information
You understand and agree that:
SaaSy Brainformative does not undertake any duty to review, scrub, or protect confidential or proprietary information that you voluntarily disclose on or through the Services;
We may record, store, review, and use content shared in the Services (including live sessions) as described below;
Other participants may see or hear what you share during sessions, and we cannot control how they will use information they observe.
It is your responsibility to avoid sharing any confidential or sensitive information that you do not want others to see or that your own company's policies would prohibit you from sharing.
6.3 Prohibited sensitive personal data
You may not use the Services to store, process, or transmit:
Government-issued identification numbers (e.g., full Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers);
Highly sensitive financial information such as full payment card numbers, full bank account numbers, or authentication data;
Medical records or other information that would make the Services subject to HIPAA or similar health-privacy laws;
Personal data about children under 18.
Basic business-context information (e.g., your name, role, contact information, high-level revenue numbers or KPIs you voluntarily share) is generally acceptable, provided you comply with applicable privacy laws.
7. Use of Member Content by SaaSy Brainformative
By submitting, posting, or otherwise making available any content or materials through the Services (including posts, comments, uploads, recordings, chat messages, or live session participation), you:
Represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to share that content; and
Grant SaaSy Brainformative a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display that content in connection with operating, improving, marketing, and documenting the Services and our business.
This includes, without limitation, the right to:
Record and review live sessions for quality, training, or product improvement;
Create anonymized or aggregated examples, case studies, or training materials based on work shared in the community;
Use excerpts, screenshots, or anonymized representations of user content in internal documentation, training, or product development.
You understand that content you submit will not be treated as confidential (except where we are required by law), and that you should not submit content you are not authorized to share on that basis.
You retain ownership of your original content, subject to the license you grant us above.
8. Platform and Security Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit any third party to:
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or networks without our express written permission;
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical, security, or access controls on the Services;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software used in the Services, except to the limited extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law and then only after providing advance written notice to SaaSy Brainformative;
Interfere with, disrupt, or adversely affect the normal operation of the Services or the experience of other users (e.g., flooding chats, overloading systems, or exploiting bugs).
9. No High-Risk Use
The Services are not designed or intended for use in any environment or application where failure, delay, error, or inaccuracy could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or financial harm.
You may not use the Services for:
Life-support or emergency services;
Critical infrastructure operation;
Real-time, high-risk trading or similar activities where service failure could cause catastrophic loss.
10. Telemarketing, Anti-Spam, and External Communications
To the extent you use any part of the Services to communicate with third parties (for example, links to external tools or future features that enable sending emails, messages, or calls), you are solely responsible for ensuring that all such communications comply with all applicable laws, including:
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA);
CAN-SPAM Act; and
Any similar foreign or state laws that may apply.
If you violate telemarketing, anti-spam, or similar communications laws in connection with your use of the Services, SaaSy Brainformative may, in its sole discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund.
11. Monitoring, Moderation, and Use of AI
You acknowledge and agree that:
SaaSy Brainformative reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and record any and all use of the Services, including posts, uploads, messages, and live sessions;
We may use automated tools, including AI-based systems, to help flag or review content or behavior for potential violations of this AUP;
We may access, review, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to:
Enforce this AUP or our Terms;
Protect the rights, property, or safety of SaaSy Brainformative, our users, or the public; or
Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Use of the Services is not private, and you should not expect confidentiality with respect to content you share.
12. Enforcement and Consequences
SaaSy Brainformative retains broad discretion to determine whether any conduct or content violates this AUP.
Potential actions we may take include, without limitation:
Issuing a warning or private coaching on acceptable behavior;
Removing, editing, or restricting access to specific content;
Muting, restricting, or limiting your ability to post or participate in certain areas;
Temporarily suspending your account or access to portions of the Services;
Permanently terminating your account and access to the Services;
Reporting suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
12.1 Immediate suspension or termination (no refund)
Without limiting the above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without refund, for serious or egregious violations, including but not limited to:
Clear, direct threats or credible harassment toward another participant or staff;
Openly hostile or abusive attacks that go beyond good-faith disagreement about ideas;
Sharing or attempting to resell or redistribute SaaSy Brainformative course content or live session recordings;
Deliberate, repeated spam or commercial solicitation of other members;
Uploading or distributing pornographic, hateful, extremist, or otherwise prohibited content;
Repeated, willful infringement of intellectual property rights;
Violations of telemarketing or anti-spam laws in connection with use of the Services.
Whether a refund is provided in any other circumstance is determined solely by SaaSy Brainformative, in its discretion, and subject to any refund policies in our main Terms.
12.2 Public vs. private handling
You understand and agree that:
We may address violations either privately or, where appropriate in the context of a group learning environment, publicly; and
The choice of whether to call out behavior publicly in a live session or community space, or to handle it privately, will be made at SaaSy Brainformative's discretion.
13. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, or if you feel unsafe or unfairly targeted, you are encouraged to contact us through the channels we designate for support or moderation (for example, a specified email address or support portal).
Providing specific, factual examples and screenshots (where appropriate) will help us evaluate and address the situation. We may not be able to share the details of any resulting actions, but we take good-faith reports seriously.
14. Relationship to Other Terms
This AUP is part of, and incorporated into, the SaaSy Brainformative Terms of Service (or similarly titled agreement) that governs your use of the Services.
If there is a conflict between this AUP and the main Terms, the main Terms will control to the extent of the conflict, but both will be interpreted to give full effect to our ability to protect the community, our content, and the integrity of the Services.
